NRCA is holding National Roofing Week Aug. 23-29 to raise awareness of the significance of roofs to every home and business and share the good deeds of the industry. Organized by NRCA, National Roofing Week also promotes the importance of hiring a professional roofing contractor and making informed decisions about maintaining or replacing any roof system.

In addition, NRCA hosted the We are Family Raffle, sponsored by A.C.T. Metal Deck Supply. Open to all NRCA member companies, the raffle involved companies taking a group photo of all employees—their roofing family—and submitting it to NRCA for a chance to win a prize. Winners will be announced this week.
NRCA also is hosting a social media campaign to highlight its members and their contributions to the roofing industry. Members are encouraged to share photos and videos that focus on a different theme each day during National Roofing Week, tag NRCA and use the hashtag #NationalRoofingWeek.
Additionally, roofing professionals will be able to help make a difference in the lives of students pursuing construction careers through NRCA’s Giving Day, which is today.

National Roofing Week traditionally takes place each June; National Roofing Week 2020 was postponed because of the COVID-19 crisis.
