Roof system maintenance is often the most neglected area of a roof management program. It’s also the single most important factor (after proper installation) for determining the life span and cost of a roof system. This one- to four-day course provides hands-on exercises to guide you through emergency/temporary and permanent repair procedures based on NRCA’s Repair Manual for Low-slope Membrane Roof Systems.
Note: We will be conducting repairs in this class. Wear a long-sleeved shirt and proper footwear. All other required personal protective equipment will be provided.
