Participants will gain practical, how-to training skills while becoming a recognized NRCA Qualified Trainer.
I thoroughly enjoyed the two-day NRCA Qualified Trainer conference. As an engineer and roofing consultant I not only put multiple jobs out to bid each year but spend a significant amount of time training contractors and roofers on the installation of various roof systems. Some of the tools I gained from the NRCA training will be very useful to me. In fact, I have already incorporated the TALK, SHOW, DO, REVIEW process in a training I had this week. I also shared this with one of the contractors on my bid list yesterday, encouraging them to send their foremen and filed supervisor through the NRCA program to get their trainer certification.
