Job task analysis
The subject matter of each NRCA ProCertification is contained in a Job Task Analysis document. The JTA is a foundational document from which the computer-based knowledge test is developed. This document is created by bringing together a group of roofing industry experts to discuss and determine the knowledge, skills and abilities required of foremen. The process of conducting a JTA is an industry best practice and vital to ensuring certifications represent the industry at large.
